Terms of Service

► General Terms ◄

_{• All commissions are for personal use only. You may be allowed to print it out, use/repost preferrably the watermarked version on social media with credit, and even have some fun and make some merch (such as stickers, keychains, etc.) for yourself, but please do NOT re-sell or profit off of it.
• Please make sure to provide me clear visual references. Even a rough stick figure drawing will suffice and can help me tremendously. Written descriptions are also perfectly acceptable.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request as well as any revisions I deem difficult without explanation.
• I reserve the right to use commission work for promotional purposes UNLESS you explicitly request not to beforehand.
• I must stress this part: please, please tell me if you need anything or have any questions. Communication is absolutely key and crucial to me.
• Under no circumstances are you to use my artwork for NFTs/crypto/AI.}  ► Payment and Refund Policy ◄

_{• All prices are in USD and payment will be fulfilled via Paypal and Ko-fi.
• Payment is upfront and I will only refund about 80% once inking/lineart process has begun, and I will only refund 15% upon full piece completion.
— However, if for whatever reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will be refunded in full otherwise. Please note that you may receive a little less than the original amount due to Paypal fees. Again, I will only do full refunds if I personally am unable to complete your order for various reasons.}► Progression and Other Info ◄

_{• Commissions will not be considered final unless confirmed through email and you have received an invoice.
• A sketch will be sent for approval before any other further progress is made. You may be allowed to ask for revisions during this process, but after further work is done, I will only be able to provide minor changes such as color changes. So please don't be shy and make sure to speak up if something seems off or is not to your liking.
• By default, all commissions will have a simple white/no background. If you wish for a different colored background or a background with extra minor details instead, please let me know and specify.
• I will be keeping contact for feedback from time to time in order to ensure your commission is up to your standards. You can also check my Trello for updates.
• Commission completion times will generally vary between a few days to 3 weeks at most, depending on my personal circumstances. If you need a piece completed by a certain date, there will be a rush fee of $30~50 depending on the complexity of the piece and when it is due.
• Once a commission is completed, I will generally post and deliver artwork through my social media and email. You will be receiving a finished post-processed version, a clean version, and unwatermarked versions of both via email.
• I will also generally tag my clients on each respective social media platforms, so please feel free to drop your socials or let me know if you do not wish to be tagged! If you also do not want your commission being posted and prefer it private, please do tell me that as well!}
